I hate my job and my boss. Sitting at work is so stressful and by the end of the day, my neck and shoulders are in knots, my head hurts and my hand and wrist throb. Going to Dr. Beth for adjustments and acupuncture have really helped me to manage the stress at work. I am not so stressed out and at the end of the day, I do not feel nearly as bad. I am actively looking for a new job, but until then, I will see Dr. Beth to get over the hump.
