Back On Track Wellness in English Village is excited to add a supplemental service called Stretchworks. During the half hour session, you will be coached on how to stretch from head to toe. All you need to bring are socks and comfortable clothes.

The team approach to Stretchworks enables you to do your stretches properly. In addition, our approach will enable you to stretch your whole body, which will balance you and make you feel great!

I have been combining Chiropractic care with Stretchworks and it has been very beneficial for me. After three sessions, my neck, shoulders and hip flexors have loosened quite a bit. I have better range of motion in my neck, arms and legs. My trainer provides me with a plan and stretches to work on between sessions. I am pregnant, and doing this program has helped me make my pregnancy go a lot easier!

Thank you so much for coaching me toward optimum health!
